Our driver and guide Roddy took great care of our small group! Even though the weather was uncooperative, we saw some beautiful sights and stopped regularly for pictures and other breaks. Roddy shared lots of great stories, tidbits, and trivia about the Highlands and Scotland in general. He also had a super soundtrack of Scottish folk music to accompany it all. He even let us sample of his Irn Bru -- what a great guy! We'd highly recommend this tour to anyone, rain or shine.

I can not say enough positive things about Heart of Scotland tours. This was our second trip with them and both have been stellar. We did a three day tour of the Highlands and the beauty is unmatched. Our driver James was a joy to be with, and his geographical and historical knowledge is unmatched. James took us to many places I am sure that other tour companies do not go to so we could see the unrivaled beauty and history of Scotland. If you are planning a trip to Scotland, this is the group to work with! Don't hesitate, book a trip!

We did a 12 hour private Loch Ness and the highlands trip with Calum and the Wee Bus and it was amazing. It gave a completely different dimension to our 4 night Edinburgh visit🫶🏴 Calum is a treasure chest of stories and facts about Scotland and its history, nature, witches and tales... His prose is magical, an art that is becoming very rare. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, Calum! Barbora with family

We were a group of 5 and we booked a 3 day tour. We opted for the small group and we were so glad we did. It was perfect. James arrived wearing a kilt and had Scottish highland music playing and set the tone right upon meeting us. The first day was a lot of driving but he had great stops and stories for along the way. When we were ready to move on we could, if we took longer somewhere, it was ok too. Our driver arrived right on time every morning. His knowledge of his country was impressive, his stories were interesting, and his timing for keeping us ahead of big bus tours was perfect. The price is definitely more than other tours but the benefits you get when you book this tour outweigh the cost. We unanimously agreed, we would look to book here again and request James.

The day long tour was excellent! Our tour guide, Roddy, was very knowledgable and kind giving us loads of information about the sights along the way. What a great guy! Beautiful weather and scenery made for a memorable experience indeed!

Gorgeous scenery and remarkable history. Our guide Roddy was polite, attentive and very knowledgeable. He showed great skill and patience for some weather related road conditions and had a smile on his face from start to end.

Guide was fabulous! Calum provided colorful, even lyrical, descriptions of history, geology, local culture, and more. The minibus was very comfortable and the smaller group is a great way to go. We were unlucky due to weather closing several roads and venues but the guide, working with the office, adapted our tour and it was a great day overall. Highly recommend.

We did the 5 day tour of Lochness/Inverness and the Island of Skye. We started in Edinburgh for pickup and our tour guide was Callum. The tour was amazing! Every step of the way, Callum shared stories of Scotland's history and he was entertaining. He is a smooth driver. I never felt rushed. I felt we had sufficient time with each stop we visited. The cities of Inverness and Portree were beautiful. I wish the tour could have been extended a few more days so we could have had a wee more time to enjoy the cities. All the views were beautiful! The pictures that we took were almost too real to be true. The hotels and the B&B's that we stayed at were all fantastic. Everyone on the bus was so pleasant and I could not have planned for a better trip myself. If you are thinking about going on this tour, do it! It is a great tour with plenty to learn, do and see! Thank you Callum!

We were looking forward to our 5 day Heart of Scotland tour and it did not disappoint. Our driver/guide/buddy Callum’, love and knowledge of his Country, made this an unforgettable trip. His storytelling is amazing and we loved being enchanted as we made our way through the most beautiful parts of the countryside. His generosity with his knowledge of all things Scottish was priceless and we all fell in love with it too. We were lucky to have a great small group of travelers and enjoyed getting off the beaten track together. The weather performed perfectly for this terrific ‘wee’ sojourn. We loved that you can book your accommodation of choice and budget, instead of a typical hotel tour, so caters for everyone. We would highly recommend this tour with Callum.
